As Mancusi Design, LLC continues to grow, we are looking for part-time (with the future opportunity for full-time employment) assistance with a multitude of projects. These projects range from single-family to multi-family design at various points throughout the design process (schematic design through construction). Tasks that a perspective candidate would be engaged in are drafting, construction supervision, project management, code analysis and product research, submittals, amongst a host of other tasks related to the nature of each project.
Mancusi Design, LLC is a small practice that is growing and a candidate for this position must be willing to handle a many different tasks that are required in a small practice setting. The small and unique nature of our practice allows for greater responsibilities and a diversity of work settings, from our studio in Cave Creek to active construction sites with the challenges and excitement of projects developing at different rates.

Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of:
B.Arch or M.Arch Degree
2 years of architectural and construction experience
Must be proficient with the following tasks
Architectural Drafting with Autodesk AutoCAD
Modeling in Trimble Sketch Up
Utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Preparing reports and documents with Microsoft Word and Excel
Packaging projects and reviewing documents with Adobe Acrobat Pro
Be Knowledgeable of
Local building codes 2009, 2012, 2015, 2018 IBC/IRC
Basic building construction means and methods
Basic structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing requirements
Construction Document preparation and drafting standards
Be willing to
Travel to Cave Creek, AZ
Be prepared and ready for various construction site conditions
