Highlights: Mixed-Use Residential/Institutional with separated uses for privacy and security. School features Three independent levels including a roof-top activity space adjacent to the cafeteria. Residential and School Primary Functions are raised above the ground plain allowing for a more open flowing ground plan with gardens and galleries. The theater and school entry protrude from the Arizona climate appropriate sun screen allowing a proud welcoming to the community.
