Office Administrator Position Filled
We are looking for an individual who is highly organized and able to manage a multitude of diverse tasks that keep the day-to-day tasks of Mancusi Design moving forward. The ideal applicant should be great with managing budgets of several projects and handling data entry to maintain excellent records. We are looking for someone whom is diligent, double checks their work, and is willing to take the initiative to help us streamline systems and grow. We are looking for a Part-Time or 1099 person whom is willing to work remotely while being ready to handle time sensitive tasks throughout the week.
Skills:
Experience with Apple Numbers and Microsoft Excell
Proficient in Microsoft 365 Products
Proficient with Adobe Acrobat
Knowledgable with QuickBooks Online
Able to work with Cloud-Based Filing and handle emails in a professional manner
Capable of handling forms including, permit applications, insurance renewals, tax forms, and filings
Will be trained in using Project Management Software (BuildXact)
Willing to learn new software and find ways to streamline systems
Organize/File Management
Professional email communication with sub-contractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients
10-20 Hours Per Week
$20 -$30/Hour Based on Experience
Macintosh OS Preferred
Draftsperson (Phoenix Metro Area)
We are looking for an individual whom is located in the Phoenix Metro Area with an attention to detail and an understanding of Modern/Contemporary Architecture. This Individual should have the experience to work independently while producing drawings that meet the quality standards that Mancusi Design prides itself on. This individual needs to be able to visit job sites, perform existing conditions drawings, visual schematic designs and masterfully produce technical Construction Documents on a multitude of projects from Custom Residential to Light Commercial. We are looking for a Part-Tim or 1099 individual on a Project-Need basis whom is able to meet deadlines and handle a diverse array of design challenges.
Skills:
Minimum of 3+ Years Experience in high-end residential or commercial Architecture
Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD
Capable of modeling in Trimble Sketch-Up
Rendering Experience desirable but not required
Capable of performing Existing Conditions accurately
Knowledgable of local codes and requirements
Capable of performing product and material research
Per-Project Basis
$25 -$30/Hour Based on Experience
